You do not need to register to use our webshop. We still recommend it though, for an easier and faster shopping experience the next time you visit our webshop, since your personal data will be stored in our system.
Villervalla maintains and processes your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Delivery costs and time
39 SEK within Sweden
89 SEK within Europe
99 SEK to the rest of the world, regardless of weight and parcel size.
Any custom fees are paid by the customer.
Approximate delivery time is 2-5 days from ordering (within Sweden). Please note that if you order articles not in stock at the moment or if the order is changed, the delivery time will be prolonged.
For parcels not picked up from the Post Office, a 150 SEK fee (including VAT) will be charged to cover transportation and administrative costs.
All prices are displayed in SEK including VAT. The price given at the ordering date is the price that will be charged. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information if any information in the web shop is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
You have the right to change to another product or cancel your purchase within 14 days. Please contact us first by email, email@example.com, prior to returning your package. We require that the goods must be unused and returned well protected, so that damage is not caused by shipping. After we receive the returned package and have verified this, you can choose to receive the money back or exchange for another product
Return postage for the item is paid by the customer. You can either stamp/prepay the package yourself, or use our return label. Click here to pay return shipping and download the return label. Goods returned with cash on delivery requirements are not accepted. PLEASE NOTE: The return label can only be used from within Sweden.
If you, for some reason, need to do an additional payment, e.g., if you change your order, you can make the payment on our webshop. Click here to do an additional payment. Always contact customer service first.

Should the goods be damaged or otherwise defect or you received the wrong product or number of products; please contact us immediately by e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can correct this immidiately. Please give us the order number, your name and what article it concerns. Replacement deliveries are of course made at no cost to you as a customer. Click here to download a return label to put on the package. Goods returned with cash on delivery requirements are not accepted.
Regarding your invoice in case of return/exchange/complaints
Note that in cases of return / exchange / complaints we will not send out a new invoice/delivery note with a new expiration date, but adjust the existing one. Should the expiration date need to be adjusted, please contact us or Klarna AB. For other questions regarding your invoice, please contact Klarna directly (tel: 08-12012010). Note that we only send you the delivery note - the invoice is sent to you from Klarna.
In case of a dispute, we follow The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) decision.
Regarding the colours in the pictures, we try the utmost to display them as accurately as possible. Even so, the colors may vary, especially between different screens and settings. This means that the perceived differences in color and tone is not grounds for complaints. This also applies to sizing, which might be slightly different between different brands. We are happy to answer your questions if you feel uncertain about this. Since we also sell directly to customers in the stores, some items might get sold out before we get a chance to update this information in the webshop. If so, we will notify accordingly.
